Ammy's bed is technically made, it's just a mess because she'll sleep on top of it if she actually sleeps in the dorms at all. Ammy likes wandering around a lot so she's not often there.

If one opens her trunk, you might find a LOT of random stray beads in it.

Important update: As of Day 6, she hasn't returned to the dorms AT ALL except for one very brief trip to get her notebook. She also hasn't been around the castle. However her trunk still has her name on it, so she is very clearly still here, just...not.
