Richter is exhausted and lightly injured after fighting and slaying the bogey (you're welcome, Asch), and slept until just before the dragon rampaged through. The cold woke him up, and he sensed Soma, so he headed to the cells - just in time to be interrupted by running dragon.

I'll need to talk to Hope, Soma, and Walter with him. He may also stop to chip out the guard and the former prisoner.

Arietta was in the stables (probably with Hibari) when the ice storm hit. She is stranded for a little while, but eventually gets inside.

I'd like her to have a chat with Sync and Luke, and will likely be putting up a post if Fort and Pronnie are ok with it.
